TENNAD offers a range of high-pressure equipment for laboratories, research centers and process development teams. This range includes HPR Series high-pressure reactors, the MPR-4 4-position multi-cell parallel reactor, HPV Series high-pressure vessels, HPV-io vessels with inlet and outlet and the HotBlock heating block.
These solutions can be engineered and configured up to 400 bar* and 250 °C* depending on project requirements, operating conditions and the experimental environment.

HPR Series High-Pressure Reactors
The HPR Series includes TENNAD high-pressure reactors up to 2 L, designed for research, feasibility testing and process development applications requiring a stirred medium under pressure.

MPR-4 4-Position Multi-Cell High-Pressure Reactor
The Multicell Pressure Reactor 4 (MPR-4) is a 4-position high-pressure reactor designed to perform several pressurized-chemistry tests in parallel within a compact system. It includes four 10 mL cells, making it possible to compare several formulations under identical pressure and temperature conditions during the same series of experiments.
Designed to operate up to 250 °C, the MPR-4 is available with a maximum working pressure of 50, 100, 150 or 200 bar. The cells and process-wetted components are available in 316 stainless steel or Hastelloy C276, depending on the selected configuration.
Four cells for parallel pressurized-chemistry testing
The MPR-4 can perform up to four low-volume tests simultaneously. Heating and stirring are provided by a standard heating magnetic stirrer, making it easy to integrate into a laboratory or R&D environment.

Standard MPR-4 configuration
In its standard configuration, the MPR-4 reactor is supplied with a rupture disc, a pressure gauge and two needle valves. Components are available in 316 stainless steel or Hastelloy C276 depending on the selected configuration.

A compact solution for screening and process optimization
Thanks to its four independent low-volume cells, the MPR-4 is particularly suitable for work requiring the parallel comparison of several experimental conditions, formulations or process parameters.
This multi-position architecture is particularly suitable for reaction or catalyst screening programs, parallel synthesis, process optimization and studies carried out under gas or pressure, while maintaining a compact configuration suited to laboratory use.
HPV-io High-Pressure Vessel with Inlet and Outlet
HPV-io units are pressure vessels equipped with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet , a pressure gauge and a rupture-disc safety device.
Their inlet and outlet valves are high-pressure needle valves and allow filling, draining, purging and pressurization operations.

The HPV-io is a version of the HPV range equipped with a fluid inlet and outlet. The high-pressure needle valves make it possible to manage filling, draining, purging and pressurization operations.

HotBlock heating block up to +250 °C
The HotBlock is a configurable heating block designed for laboratory applications requiring a robust and homogeneous heating solution for TENNAD HPV Series high-pressure vessels as well as various laboratory bottles and beakers.

The HotBlock is manufactured from a durable aluminum alloy with a surface treatment designed to improve thermal conductivity, increase wear resistance and facilitate cleaning.
Integrated 230 V electric heating with PID, maximum heating temperature +250 °C.
