ANTON Supercritical CO₂ Extractor
Compact supercritical CO₂ extractor (100 mL): ANTON, designed and manufactured by TENNAD for trials, demonstrations and R&D.
ANTON Supercritical CO₂ Extractor
The ANTON extractor is a 100 mL supercritical CO₂ extraction unit designed and manufactured by TENNAD. Compact, easy to move and simple to operate, it is ideal for sourcing trips, laboratories, showrooms and training sessions where you need to obtain real extracts quickly from small quantities of raw material.
Using CO₂ as a tunable green solvent, ANTON allows you to obtain concentrated aromas, essential oils and active ingredients while preserving the character of the original plant. Temperature and pressure can be adjusted to protect delicate molecules and selectively target different fractions.
The extractor is fitted with a transparent cylindrical sapphire body that offers a 360° view of the extraction chamber. This full visibility lets users follow everything happening inside the unit in real time, including the transition to the supercritical phase. Combined with its 100 mL volume and intuitive handling, ANTON is an ideal tool for teaching and hands-on training in supercritical CO₂ extraction.
- 100 mL extraction vessel for rapid trials and small batches
- Maximum operating pressure up to 150 bar
- Temperature range from +20 °C to +150 °C on the pressure vessel
- Works with CO₂ and a co-solvent for enhanced extraction power
- Designed for mobility between sourcing sites, pilot labs and classrooms
ANTON 100mL Extractor
Bring Extraction Closer to Your Raw Materials
With its compact footprint and 100 mL extraction volume, ANTON makes it possible to perform supercritical CO₂ extraction as close as possible to your sourcing or production site. Instead of sending fragile botanicals to a distant laboratory, you can run trials soon after harvest and directly compare different origins or batches.
- On-site evaluation: Quickly assess new plants, terroirs or suppliers.
- Laboratory screening: Perform feasibility studies and parameter optimisation before scale-up.
- Demonstrations and training: Present the supercritical CO₂ process in a clear and educational way.
- Innovation & R&D: Explore new extracts and fractions with minimal raw material.
Autonomous and Mobile Operation
The ANTON extractor is designed to work seamlessly with standard laboratory equipment while remaining completely autonomous and easy to move.
- Can be placed directly on a standard laboratory heated magnetic stirrer plate.
- Works effectively with a magnetic stir bar inside the vessel, ensuring efficient agitation of the components in supercritical CO₂.
- Can be equipped with a -20 °C to +200 °C temperature probe connected to a portable digital indicator.
- The temperature reader is battery-powered and fully independent, allowing operation without an external power supply.
Combined with its compact format, 360° visual access and compatibility with common laboratory stirrers, these features make ANTON a 100% autonomous and mobile extractor, perfectly suited to demonstrations, training sessions and rapid extraction campaigns wherever you need them.
Supercritical CO₂ for aroma and fragrance extraction
High-Quality Extracts with a Green Solvent
Supercritical CO₂ combines the diffusion properties of a gas with the solvating power of a liquid. By adjusting pressure and temperature, you can target volatile notes, richer oleoresins or specific families of molecules without resorting to petrochemical solvents.
- No toxic solvent residues in the final extract
- Excellent for heat-sensitive compounds such as delicate top notes and natural antioxidants
- Closed-loop CO₂ handling to minimise emissions
- Compatible with a co-solvent to extend the range of extractable molecules
Who Is ANTON For?
